Description
We start from the base at lubuk Semilang and trek into the rainforest, approximately 4.2 kilometers and an elevation of 150 meters. Loose rocks, slopey paths and hilly terrain are parts of the trek. An early start in the morning gives the chance to hear the morning symphony of the rainforest and at the same time explore the fascinating lowland rainforest of Langkawi, its delicate habitat and very important in our ecosystem. It is one of the most complex, dense and species-rich forests that has a diverse range of flora and fauna species. Rattan, strangling figs and lianas are among the species of plant commonly found along the trail. Enjoy the captivating view of gigantic trees, wildflowers, beautiful streams and fresh air.
